OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm seeking a ServiceNow Senior Architect to help lead the way in designing and delivering AI-enabled, enterprise-grade solutions for federal clients.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7 years of ServiceNow platform experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more domains
  • Exposure to AI/ML features within ServiceNow (predictive intelligence, virtual agents, etc.)
  • Experience leveraging Integration Hub and Flow Designer for automation
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with external systems
  • Strong knowledge of data models, security (roles, ACLs), and platform performance optimization
  • Exposure to Agile/DevOps practices (e.g., ServiceNow CICD, update sets, automated testing)
  • Ability to establish platform governance frameworks, including design standards, technical debt management, and scalability practices
  • Deep integration experience (REST, SOAP, SSO, LDAP, API gateways, cloud platforms)
  • Knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, or other federal compliance frameworks
  • Active Public Trust or Security Clearance eligibility
