Solutions Director, IT Asset Management

The Solutions Director, IT Asset Management will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive ITAM strategy, aligning with business goals and driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance. This role will oversee global asset sourcing, acquisition, deployment, and recovery, and will be responsible for vendor governance frameworks, sourcing strategies, and long-range supply chain planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• 15+ years of IT industry experience is acceptable in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM best practices and implementation
• Strong analytical mindset, with a focus on strategic metrics, data integrity, and digital transformation
