ServiceNow Senior Architect (SA) - Spain (full-remote)

R5 Labs is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Architect (SA) to design and implement strategic ServiceNow solutions for Stellantis. The role involves leading architectural design, driving implementation strategies, and ensuring best practices for complex enterprise projects within the Spanish market. Strong technical leadership and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of direct ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience.
• Experience designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and system architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, API integrations, and complex scripting (JavaScript, APIs).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect certification (highly preferred).
• Strong ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior consultants, and drive architectural decisions.
• Proven track record architecting and delivering multiple ServiceNow projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
