The ServiceNOW Senior Business Consultant will be a lead voice in client business analysis, consultation, service design, and delivery, using the ServiceNow platform to drive organizational change and improvement.
Requirements
- Several years experience in ServiceNow design and development in a consulting environment
- Understanding of Business Analysis and Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principals and procedures
- High level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and ideally experience of platform delivery and enhancement
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist across a minimum of four applications
- ITIL Foundation
- ServiceNow development and scripting skills such as JavaScript, HTML and XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS
- Project Management and Training certification and experience
