This is a fully remote, 12-month contract position for a ServiceNow Senior Configurator/Tech Lead within a leading consulting firm. The role involves guiding configuration teams, providing technical leadership, ensuring adherence to best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with at least three of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, ITOM, GRC)
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of ServiceNow Configurators/Developers
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance development work with leadership and mentoring
- Experience with integration with external systems (APIs)
