We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Configurator / Tech Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development
  • Strong expertise in HRSD and any two of these ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, Agentic AI, and WSD
  • Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex ServiceNow projects
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; additional certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery) a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
