The ServiceNow Senior Developer will design, code, test, correct, and document complex programs and scripts based on agreed specifications and standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Document and demonstrate solutions clearly through various means.
- Deliver solutions that meet customers' needs effectively.
- Support the analysis of business requirements, and design and implementation of solutions.
- Provide support during testing, handover, and post-implementation.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of output and reporting.
- Identify and assess risks within your subject matter area, lead risk-related dialogue as the SME for that domain, and support stakeholders in making informed, risk-based decisions.
- Mitigate risks in delivery while keeping to agreed plan and timeframes.
- Mentor and develop staff to maintain desired technical abilities within the team.
- Expertise in multiple ServiceNow Applications (ITSM, Employee Centre, Virtual Agent, CMDB configuration, Integrations and Integration Hub, Employee Center Configuration, MID server implementation and configuration).
