NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer - CSM/FSM with Integrations experience to lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers. The role involves implementing and developing customizations, providing support and guidance, and collaborating with technical SMEs.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow in 2 or more capabilities
- Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms using mid servers and cloud to cloud
- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes
- Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation
