ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect - CSM/HRSD/ITAM

NewRocket is a global team made up of ServiceNow professionals who help our customers run and grow their ServiceNow environments. We are hiring a Senior Solution Architect with CSM/HRSD/ITAM experience. The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Software Engineers who provide the development of project professional services for customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developing/implementing on the ServiceNow platform
• At least 5+ years’ experience working in software development involving ServiceNow CSM/HRSD/ITAM products
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an architect role
• Strong experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM
• Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards
• Coding and configuring integrations between ServiceNow and data source systems
• Experience working with risk or compliance teams, tools, practices
• Experience with working with customers to understand business problems and translate to technical requirements, design, and build solutions
• Knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes
