We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect to join our IT Service Management engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructure
- Experience of at least 7 years as ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
- Fluent written and spoken English. German is a plus
