Our Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant provides guidance to customers related to ServiceNow processes and automation, and develops solutions for their ServiceNow environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
- 3+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) using authentication methods
- Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP web services
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in two or more application areas
