The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of successful customer interactions and project deliveries. This role demands a deep understanding of ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and ITOM modules.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills to understand client requirements
- Customize and configure core ServiceNow applications
- Conduct workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients
- Lead in crafting/creating, enhancing, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Perform integration work and build custom Service Portals
- Perform ongoing Discovery and CMDB maintenance
- Develop, review, and optimize scripts
- Comfortable working in Agile environments
