EY is seeking a ServiceNow-ServiceNow Architect-Manager to lead a team in service now practice and grow the firm's ServiceNow footprint. This role involves leading design, configuration, and deployment of Service Now solutions, working with both large global teams and internal stakeholders. The position requires a leader with strong technical skills and experience in implementing and managing Service Now solutions.
Requirements
- Lead sales and pre-sales work in Service Now, respond to client proposals
- In-depth knowledge of Service Now Partner ecosystem, licensing model, and platform management
- Capable in designing and developing large solutions combining Service Now platform, automation and workflow capabilities
- Lead offshore team in all Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, Sec Ops)
- Project management skills
- Strong internal relationships
- People development and training
- Business development skills (pre-sales & practice development)
- 7-13 years of relevant experience in global system integrator role
