This ServiceNow Solution Architect - SAM Pro position in India seeks a leader to design, develop, and implement ITAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and driving innovation through project execution. Requires adherence to best practices, ITIL processes, and platform standards.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of application development experience in SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software environments
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience with in-depth architectural knowledge
- Expertise in ITAM/SAM Pro solutions, including integrations with Discovery and Core modules
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3 processes and practical implementation experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, HTML, Web Services, PowerShell, Shell Script
- Experience with databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL), web servers (Jakarta Tomcat, Apache), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
