Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, product management, metrics and reporting, platform-based process management, or other relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience and expertise in a primary domain such as IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM).
