TTEC Digital is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to join their team. This role involves providing technical expertise, demonstrating ServiceNow solutions, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow's platform capabilities and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Solution Architect with a focus on ServiceNow.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including CSM, FSM, CCaaS, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or other modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow solutioning, architecture, and integrations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
