- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management
- Proficiency in designing custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
