ServiceNow Solution Architect providing pre-sales support and post-sales oversight for large and strategic opportunities, designing and solutioning on complex projects that integrate ServiceNow with new or legacy technologies.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a trusted advisor to customers for ServiceNow road-mapping and design.
- At least 5 years of experience in delivering Service Management projects in a customer-facing context, with exposure to the deployment of technology in support of various solution areas.
- Track record of carrying out pre-sales activities with customers.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow developer APIs, development tools and techniques.
- A good understanding of some of the following: Javascript, SOAP/REST web services, XML, JSON, Angular.js, HTML, CSS, Twitter Bootstrap, Jelly scripting.
