We're seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect who's passionate about the ServiceNow platform and has a knack for producing an excellent customer experiences and designing highly supportable solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to define at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with client business problems
- More than 4 years experience working with the ServiceNow platform including designing and implementing solutions, and fundamental understanding of the relevant key technologies
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC; well versed in CSDM 3.0 framework and an understanding of popular coding languages
- A keen eye for detail with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
- The ability to build strong and credible relationships with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the business
- The ability to self-manage and develop skills independently while contributing to the capability set of the broader team
