We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to take full ownership of our ServiceNow platform and lead its evolution. This role combines strategic platform leadership with hands-on development expertise, ensuring the delivery of scalable, innovative solutions across ITSM, CSM, HAM, and SAM.
Requirements
- Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and release management of new capabilities and enhancements.
- Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, modules, and Service Portal components.
- Build and optimize server-side scripts, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
- Create Flow Designer flows, IntegrationHub spokes, and orchestration workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Drive automation, workflows, and self-service improvements to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence within ServiceNow.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability.
- Manage upgrades, patching, releases, and platform maintenance.
- Maintain compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the quality and governance of the ServiceNow CMDB, Knowledge Base, and configuration data.
