Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and/or similar areas
- Between 2 to 6 years of professional experience in ServiceNow projects
- Knowledge of the English language in spoken and written form
- Technical knowledge in JavaScript and AngularJS
- Experience in designing, implementing, and rolling out information systems, preferably with ServiceNow solutions (and/or similar)
- Knowledge and experience in specific ServiceNow modules (preferably ITSM/ITOM, HRSD, and CSM)
- Certification as a ServiceNow CSA
- Certification as a ServiceNow CIS (preferential)
- Standards for communication with other systems (JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP)
- Certification based on Microsoft Azure Az-900 (or equivalent AWS Cloud Practitioner) (preferential)
- Experience in project management using the Agile and Scrum methodology
- Communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, and collaboration
- Problem-solving, analytical capacity, and critical spirit
- Organization, planning, and orientation for project quality
- Orientation for the client and for results
- Availability to travel
