Requirements
- Design, architecture, and implementation experience of enterprise IT environments.
- Proven ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Three or more years of ServiceNow experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (latest version preferred).
- ITIL Foundations certification (V3 minimum, V4 preferred).
- Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and web services integrations.
- Experience with core ITSM applications in ServiceNow.
Requirements Summary
