This ServiceNow Solutions Architect role involves providing technical leadership to clients, guiding them through ServiceNow implementations. The Architect will manage stakeholders, handle deliverables, and ensure data management. They will also draft proposals, manage solutions, and deliver presentations.
Requirements
- Experience in design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise IT environments.
- Proven experience in implementing and customising the ServiceNow platform.
- Three or more years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (latest version preferred)
- ITIL Foundations certification (V3 minimum, V4 preferred)
- Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and web services integrations (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
- Experience with the core ITSM; service portal; ITOM applications in ServiceNow.
- Experience with AD, SSO, and LDAP.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, with additional JavaScript frameworks if possible (such as XML, HTML, CSS and REST).
- Foundational knowledge of relational databases (such as MariaDB, MySQL and Oracle).
- Experience mentoring staff and assigning or delegating prioritized activities.
Requirements Summary
3+ yrs ServiceNow experience, System Admin certification, & ITIL. Strong JavaScript proficiency is a plus
