As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will provide technical guidance to clients on ServiceNow implementations. This role involves understanding client needs, drafting technical solutions, managing stakeholders, and ensuring a technically sound implementation. You will also serve as a technical leader, guiding projects and delivering presentations. The position is a hybrid role involving both in-office and virtual work.
Requirements
- Experience in design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise IT environments.
- Proven experience in implementing and customising the ServiceNow platform.
- Three or more years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (latest version preferred)
- ITIL Foundations certification (V3 minimum, V4 preferred)
- Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and web services integrations (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
- Experience with core ITSM applications in ServiceNow.
- Experience with AD, SSO, and LDAP.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, with additional JavaScript frameworks if possible.
- Foundational knowledge of relational databases (such as MariaDB, MySQL and Oracle).
- Experience mentoring staff and assigning or delegating activities.
- Strong rapport building and team relationship building skills.
