Requirements
- Process flow analysis and process redesign
- Architecture and technical direction for design and implementation
- Custom or OOTB demonstrations as required
- Subject matter expertise and industry best practices
- Detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
- Technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
- Effort estimates and project methodologies
- ServiceNow knowledge and certifications (CSA, CAD and APM and Service Mapping)
- Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and development & operation pipeline experience
