Eurodyn is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist fluent in English to join their development team, based in Austria. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, implementing integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders on-site or remotely. The ideal candidate will be integrated with the company’s IT team on a major European Institution client.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant IT professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and architecture
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules Discovery and Service Mapping
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs
  • Strong technical skills in ServiceNow platform, IT Service Management, and related technologies
  • One of the following certifications is mandatory for performance of tasks
