This ServiceNow Developer and Administrator position is an individual contributor role focused on enhancing the ServiceNow SPM platform. The role involves configuring, managing, and improving the platform to support workflow, reporting, and strategic alignment. It involves collaboration with various teams and a hybrid work model requiring occasional visits to Makati.
Requirements
- Configure, manage, and enhance the ServiceNow SPM platform.
- Oversee and enhance the ServiceNow SPM platform intake, dashboards, time tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate labor reporting.
- Provide data entry and analytics to monitor project and program progress.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree (preferred) + 5+ yrs ServiceNow SPM experience. Familiarity w/ Azure DevOps & Smartsheet is desired
