We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with a successful recent track record to lead testing and training of ServiceNow end-to-end engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow training and QA experience
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its various modules
- Training and testing experience on platform capabilities and offerings including ITSM and complex integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF is a plus
- Experience working within different automated testing frameworks, Java JUnit, Selenium, TestNG and other open-sources is a plus
- Experience with the agile methodology for software development teams
- ServiceNow Certification – Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow ATF Mico-certification is a plus
- Certification in the testing and training space
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership ability
