Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (CSM, SPM, ITAM, or ITOM).
- Proven track record managing and delivering projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
