ServiceNow Systems Engineer position at Deloitte Global Technology. Responsible for live support during North America time zone and developer support on grow activities for the QAP solution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including custom development, configuration.
- At least 2 years of ServiceNow GRC/IRC experience.
- ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow.
- Experience with customize ServiceNow UI and Service Portal through use of UI pages, CMS, CSS and Service Portal widgets.
- Working knowledge of integrations and migrations.
- Deep understanding of ITIL.
- Working understanding of ServiceNow administration settings and deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Comfort working in an agile environment with constant feedback and interaction with the team and ability to work under high pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
