Requirements

• 6+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• 10+ years of related client-facing professional consulting experience, preferably with ServiceNow
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology
• Experience with estimating resources and coaching technical resources
• Ability to lead client meetings and workshops
• Experience supervising code migrations
• Passion for customer advice and product learning
• Calm, adaptable, and driven approach
