We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant - SPM to design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
- Perform, and have the ability to lead, end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementation projects, from initial discovery through deployment and post-go-live support
- Work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers or project teams.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance.

Requirements Summary
3-5 years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, and strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow platform architecture
