ServiceNow Technical Consultant

As ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be involved in the implementation of ServiceNow projects for customers around the globe, working on software development projects, consulting services, and implementation tasks.

Requirements

• Agile, customer-oriented development of ServiceNow applications and interfaces using JavaScript and HTML/CSS
• Consulting services and implementation tasks with a focus on relevant technologies
• Assistance in the rollout of new ServiceNow applications and modules
• Support for release management, including troubleshooting and adjustments
• Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules
• Develop ServiceNow Design and Update Documentation for code and configurations
• Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus
• Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems, including loading, manipulation and maintenance of data
• Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application
