ServiceNow Technical Consultant (m/w/d)

Netlution is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to develop and implement innovative digitalization solutions for clients using the ServiceNow platform. The role involves the entire development cycle, from requirements analysis to maintenance, and focuses on developing Client- and Server-Side JavaScripts and implementing interface and integration requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and consulting, along with strong technical skills.

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or training in Computer Science/Application Development or a comparable qualification.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the configuration and customizing of the ServiceNow platform.
• Practical experience in consulting and implementing two or more ServiceNow products (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM).
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, REST, Angular, Web Services, SOAP, and XML.
• Familiarity with ITIL terminology, an agile working method, and the ServiceNow Development Methodology.
• Completed the CSA and at least one CIS certification.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
