Accenture Federal Services is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead to provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff. The ServiceNow Technical Lead will manage development team, scope, project schedule, and develop architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines.
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience in Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations
- Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as Waterfall or Agile)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification
- SAFe/Agile certification
- Implementations in cloud environments
