As a ServiceNow Tester, you will be responsible for creating defects, supporting process owners, and writing system and smoke tests. You will also build and maintain automated test cases with ATF in ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Studies or training with a focus on information technology
- Experience with ServiceNow basic functionality (ITSM, ITBM, Custom Apps, Mobile App, Performance Analytics, Portal)
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting (data model, dashboards, Performance Analytics)
- Experience in ServiceNow development (client/server side scripting, Flow Designer) is an advantage
- Experience in software testing (ISTQB Foundation certified) is a nice to have
- Experience in software development is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
