Strategic Digital Transformation Project: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to define the global training plan, design course plans, host training sessions, and ensure pedagogical vigilance.
Requirements
- Develop a strategic training plan on the ServiceNow solution
- Design three structured course plans in direct connection with the deployed ServiceNow modules
- Host training sessions for end-users and operational users of the solution
- Collaborate with the project team, change management managers, and IT governance managers to integrate training into the global roadmap
- Ensure pedagogical vigilance and adapt content to user feedback
- Define tools for evaluating acquired skills
- Supervise future trainers who will join the team later
- Participate in writing training documentation and multimedia pedagogical materials
