Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow across multiple modules.
- Proven experience as a technical trainer, corporate trainer, or ServiceNow instructor.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Expertise in ServiceNow workflows, form customization, reporting, and integrations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Application Developer (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simplified learning materials.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
