Experienced ServiceNow Trainer to develop a strategic training plan, design course plans, and conduct training sessions for end-users and operational users.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: Having designed at least three distinct course plans related to ServiceNow products
- Having delivered two ServiceNow trainings to end-users or administrators
- Excellent Mastery of: ITSM best practices (incident management, requests, changes, etc.) via ServiceNow
- Mastery of ServiceNow (user interface, ITSM modules, workflows, service catalog)
- Pedagogical design competence (andragogical approach, user journey, active pedagogy)
- Ability to animate groups (presential, virtual, or hybrid)
- Ability to popularize technical content for various audiences
- Good understanding of change management in IT projects
- Holding a valid ITIL4 certification at the time of application submission
