As a ServiceNow UI/UX Developer and Designer, you'll lead end-to-end UI/UX efforts for ServiceNow Service Portal applications and design custom widgets using ServiceNow's AngularJS framework.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2+ years working specifically on ServiceNow Portal development
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow's Service Portal architecture, Widget Editor, and AngularJS-based widget creation
  • Hands-on experience with UI Builder, Now Experience Framework, and Catalog Item customization
  • Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch for design workflows
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, and Bootstrap 4/5
  • Experience in implementing responsive and mobile-friendly designs within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and design patterns that work well in enterprise IT platforms
  • Ability to integrate UI elements with REST APIs, GlideAjax, and GlideRecord for dynamic, data-driven interactions
  • Comfortable working in Agile teams and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you’re as comfortable brainstorming as you are building
