As a Deskside Services Technician with Insight, you will provide a white glove deskside experience to our client. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with SCCM, Asset Management, machine imagining, possible Mac/Apple device support, ServiceNow, and Citrix preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, crawl and stand and sit for 8 hours
