Insight is seeking a Deskside Services Technician for a 4-5 week temp role focused on providing tech support to clients in Savannah, GA. The role offers exposure to cloud, data, AI, and cybersecurity technologies, and a chance to advance within the organization. Technical and customer-focused with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with SCCM, Asset Management, machine imagining, possible Mac/Apple device support, ServiceNow, and Citrix
- Experience with PC break/fix onsite and remotely
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, crawl and stand and sit for 8 hours
