Insight is seeking a Services Technician to provide onsite, remote, or hybrid support to customer devices and equipment. The role focuses on self-directed problem-solving, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to the team's goals through technical expertise. Requirements

  • Provides first technical support and leadership support.
  • Maintains and protects assets and property.
  • Escalates service problems to the service manager appropriately.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with SCCM, Asset Management, machine imagining, possible Mac/Apple device support, ServiceNow, and Citrix preferred.
