The Sigma Explorer Support Manager will enable and support Swiss Re Institute in transformational projects and initiatives, and drive greater impact and efficiency in different work processes. The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the web portal, client onboarding/offboarding processes, and performance KPI measurements.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelors/Master degree in communications, computer administration or business management
  • Highly organized, with an ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate with colleagues across time zones
