Site Manager (m/f/d) Concrete Tower - nationwide

Nordex is seeking a Site Manager for its Concrete Tower business unit in Hamburg, Germany. This role focuses on the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing site operations, and fostering positive customer relations. The position involves a blend of construction, engineering, and relationship management within a sustainable energy infrastructure project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the wind industry
• Internal LT-system and tools, e.g., SAP, BIC, Upvise, ServiceNow, Campus, NXTranslator, Windchill, Team Center, Webinar, Quentic, CEIS
• Leadership and excellent communication skills
• Strong English language skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or an equivalent experience)
