Requirements
- Work with delivery and support teams to automate scripts that exist to minimize production impacts
- Work with the problem manager to determine remediation work that can be automated to prevent issues from re-occurring or minimize impact in the future
- Work with the delivery teams to build KBT (key business transactions) and KPI's to validate deployments are successful
- Train dev-ops teams on Dynatrace
- Transition all our Dynatrace dashboards to SAS when we deploy Dynatrace SAS

Requirements Summary
3-5 years of experience in creating dashboards and analyzing data in Dynatrace Managed and Dynatrace SaaS, 3-5 years of experience in building and managing Ansible playbooks, and experience in integrating Dynatrace with Ansible and ServiceNow
