Site Supervisor (m/f/d) Concrete Tower - nationwide

Nordex is seeking a Site Supervisor for a Concrete Tower within the wind energy infrastructure business unit. This role involves supporting quality management, coordinating with Supply Management, and ensuring the reliability of anchor cage and foundation inspections. The position involves working on-site and adapting to project requirements, with a focus on sustainable concrete tower technology.

Requirements

• Support Quality Management in resolving technical non-conformities
• Assist Supply Management with Quality Gate 1 and incoming goods inspections
• Collaborate with Supply Management, Quality Management, and Civil PE on anchor cage and foundation pre-inspections
• Compile and review documentation for pre-assembly, statutory inspections, and release reports
• Organize and support the Gate 23 process
• Manage NCRs and incidents using UPVISE, ServiceNow, or similar tools
• Coordinate with Quality Management to order and track missing parts
• Address quality deviations (De-Snagging) to ensure long-term operational reliability
• Fluent English skills and confident communication across teams
