The Site Support Analyst will provide on-site technical support and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user devices, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, remote support tools, Microsoft Azure.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing system (e.g. Servicenow, Jira).
- Fluent in French and English.
