As a Site Support Analyst, you will provide on-site technical support and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user devices, resolving hardware and software issues and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, remote support tools, Microsoft Azure
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing system (eg. Servicenow, Jira)
- Fluent in French and English
