This Senior Service Assurance Manager role is a critical role within product, platform, or infrastructure teams, ensuring IT service delivery and performance across assigned D&T Tribes. They act as a link between service management and delivery, championing ITIL4, DevOps, and SecOps, and proactively addressing performance issues and driving continuous improvement. The role involves data analysis, root cause investigation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of ITIL4, DevOps, and SecOps frameworks
  • Skilled in performance monitoring, SLA compliance, risk management, and data insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Retail industry experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, and Power BI (preferred)
