Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, integrate monitoring tools, design and maintain MID Servers and credentials, build and maintain CMDB, and troubleshoot ITOM-related issues.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery patterns, and CI relationships
- Experience with Event Management and integrating with third-party monitoring tools
- Good grasp of Service Mapping concepts and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and PowerShell/scripting for automation
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
