Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge, and more. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Incident/Problem/Change Management, and CMDB.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development tools, such as Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and web services.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
