This is a full-time position for a ServiceNow ServiceNow ITOM Developer. The role involves implementing and configuring ITOM modules, integrating with monitoring tools, designing a CMDB, and troubleshooting ITOM-related issues. It requires collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to deliver effective ITOM solutions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery patterns, and CI relationships
  • Experience with Event Management and integrating with third-party monitoring tools
  • Good grasp of Service Mapping concepts and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and PowerShell/scripting for automation
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Requirements Summary
