Leonardo UK is seeking a proactive, detail-driven Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the effective control, optimisation, and compliance of our software estate.

Requirements

  • License Tracking: Maintain accurate records of software purchases, entitlements, deployments, and renewals to ensure ongoing compliance across the software portfolio.
  • Renewal Preparation: Assist in preparing renewal documentation, compiling usage and entitlement data, and tracking key expiry and renewal dates.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Input and update software licensing and usage data within SAM tools; produce regular reports to support compliance activities, optimisation initiatives, and audit requirements.
  • Vendor & Procurement Support: Collaborate with procurement and software vendors to obtain quotes, validate licensing details, and support the administrative aspects of renewals and agreements.
  • Process & Operational Support: Respond to internal licensing queries, support day-to-day SAM operations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and governance.

Requirements Summary
