Requirements
- 5+ Years Experience in IT Software Asset Management
- ITL/SAM Certification
- ServiceNow
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, AD Groups & SCCM
- Understanding of software publishers' licensing models and software deployment and use rights
- Background in IT
- Experience in Service Delivery and Multicultural environment
- Excel
- Working knowledge of software products from IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe
- VSAM (opt)
