Software Developer Service Now

As a Software Developer Service Now, you will work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions. You will manage the development, testing, and deployment of solutions, and lead the ongoing development and optimization of ServiceNow within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Solid understanding of IT service management and system development.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and simplify complex technical information.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ITSM tools, and methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Excellent team-building, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of German is a plus but not mandatory.
• Certifications in the ServiceNow Developer Program, ITSM, or relevant certifications would be advantageous.
